At Maaf Hotel, we offer room booking passes that are valid for one month from the date of purchase. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Booking Pass Validity
Each booking pass purchased from www.maafhotel.com is valid for one month and can be used for room bookings within that period, subject to room availability. Once the validity period ends, the pass automatically expires and cannot be extended or reused.
2. Cancellation & Refunds
Once a booking pass is purchased, it is non-refundable and non-transferable.
If a transaction fails (amount deducted but booking not confirmed), contact us within 48 hours with payment proof for verification.
Refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
3. Booking Modifications
Date changes may be allowed, subject to room availability and hotel policy. Please contact our support team for any modification requests.
4. No-Show Policy
If a guest fails to check in or use the pass during its validity, no refund or credit will be provided.
